The Build Bot (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit thebuildbot.ai, book a Fit Call, or become a customer, and how we use, share, and retain that information.
Information we collect
- Contact form submissions. When you fill out our Fit Call form, we collect your name, work email, company, team size, what you’d like to automate, and optional phone number.
- Usage data. We collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referer, pages visited) to operate and secure the site.
- Customer data. For customers, we collect and process the data you provide us to run the platform on your behalf. Our Data Processing Addendum governs this use.
How we use information
- To respond to Fit Call requests and scope engagements.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site and platform.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Third parties we share with
We share the minimum information necessary with service providers that help us operate (hosting, email delivery, analytics, scheduling). We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Fit Call submissions are retained for up to 24 months from the last interaction. Customer data retention is governed by your contract.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@thebuildbot.ai.
