Customer engagements
Any customer engagement is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work, which controls in the event of a conflict with these Terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Build Bot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes
